Please note we do not accept returns of flowers.
If there has been a problem in transport in regards to your order whereby flowers have been damaged beyond a reasonable appearance and quality, you will be fully refunded.

Flowers in season. This bouquet will vary depending on the month in the year and season.
The Bouquet is not wrapped in any plastic. All packaging is 100% compostable or recyclable. If I feel the bouquet would benefit being in water whilst in transit for delivery, the Bouquet will be put in a glass recyclable jar and wrapped as normal.
Please order before 12pm for next day delivery. This will not apply if the next day is Sunday – the next day will revert to Monday.
